Introduction.
Crypto Foundation Africa (“we,” “our,” or “the Foundation”) is a non-profit organization established with the dual mission of offering structured investment returns and channeling surplus profits into charitable causes across Africa. This platform enables individuals and institutions (“you,” “Investor,” or “Supporter”) to contribute funds that are ethically traded in regulated markets to generate consistent returns and humanitarian impact.
These Terms govern the legal relationship between you and Crypto Foundation Africa regarding participation, investment, profit-sharing, withdrawal, and other services provided.
2. Eligibility.
To participate or invest through our platform:
• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited by law.
• You must acknowledge and agree that you are participating voluntarily , with a clear understanding of the structure and objective of the Foundation.
3. Nature of Investment
Crypto Foundation Africa operates on a non-profit basis. The model is structured to:
• Offer a fixed monthly ROI (Return on Investment) from trading profits.
• Allocate all surplus revenue toward charitable initiatives such as education, food programs, disaster response, healthcare access, and rural development.
Your contribution is used solely for low-risk trading purposes in markets such as forex, crypto (primarily XAUUSD and major currency pairs), and select asset classes. Returns are derived through technical and automated strategies designed for capital preservation and profit consistency.
4. Return on Investment
• The Foundation commits to providing investors with a 6-10% ROI monthly, subject to market performance and fund management.
• ROI is paid on the initial principal unless a compounding model is used.
• Disbursement of returns occurs on a fixed schedule (e.g., every 30 days) from the date of deposit.
• Delay in ROI distribution may occur during market disruption, system downtime, regulatory intervention, or force majeure events.
5. Capital Contributions and Withdrawals
• Investment threshold: $10-20000
• You may increase or decrease your capital contribution at any time, subject to approval.
• Withdrawals are processed upon request with a maximum of 2 business day window, depending on liquidity and fund allocations.
• Withdrawals requested before a holding period may be subject to administrative fees.
6. Non-Profit Commitment.
Crypto Foundation Africa is registered and governed as a non-profit entity. Accordingly:
• No person, director, or stakeholder receives private profits from Foundation operations.
• All revenue, after investor ROI is fulfilled, is reinvested in verified humanitarian projects.
• Annual transparency reports and humanitarian audits will be made available upon request.
7. Transparency and Accountability
• Investors will receive monthly statements including:
• Trading performance overview
• ROI disbursed
• Charitable impact funded
• The Foundation may employ blockchain tools, third-party audits, and escrow services for added transparency and trust.
• All impact projects are documented and published to ensure donor confidence.
8. Risk Disclosure
While every effort is made to maintain capital security and predictable returns, all forms of financial trading involve risk. You acknowledge that:
• Past performance is not a guarantee of future performance.
• Crypto Foundation Africa is not liable for losses arising from:
Cyberattacks or technological failure
Regulatory actions or banking. disruptions
Unexpected market collapse or high. volatility
Acts of God, war, or political instability
You agree to hold the Foundation harmless against such occurrences, acknowledging the ethical and charitable basis of this initiative.
9. Compliance and Legal Use
• All investors warrant that their funds are from legal and verifiable sources.
• The Foundation does not tolerate money laundering, fraud, or terrorism financing.
• Compliance with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) standards is mandatory.
• We may request identity verification at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
Crypto Foundation Africa shall not be held liable for:
• Delays in ROI due to technical issues, liquidity constraints, or operational emergencies.
• Misuse of login details, passwords, or access credentials by the investor.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the capital amount originally deposited.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
• Your personal data will be stored securely in line with data protection laws.
• We will never sell, lease, or distribute your data without explicit consent, except where required by law.
• Data may be stored securely on cloud or decentralized platforms to improve accountability.
12. Amendment of Terms
Crypto Foundation Africa reserves the right to update or amend these Terms to comply with financial laws
• Changes will be communicated via email or published on our website.
• Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
13. Termination of Participation
You may exit at any time by:
• Withdrawing all capital and ROI.
• Requesting account deactivation.
• The Foundation also reserves the right to terminate an investor’s participation due to:
• Breach of Terms
• Suspicious or illegal activity
• Abuse of platform or Foundation resources
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of respective central banks, ECOWAS and the AU. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through amicable mediation, and if necessary, through arbitration or civil proceedings in the relevant court.
